The Role

Our client, MobiClocks is transforming workforce management with innovative, mobile-first time-tracking and workforce automation solutions. The technology empowers businesses to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and enhance productivity in industries where managing a distributed workforce is critical. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in expanding our reach and generating high-quality leads.

As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in expanding MobiClocks' reach, identifying high-quality leads, and fueling sales growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales teams to engage prospects through inbound and outbound efforts, qualify leads, and schedule key discovery meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients
  • Targets
    • 70 outbound calls per day
    • 225 personalized emails per week
    • 17 LinkedIn touches per day
    • Target response rate: 15-20%

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency rated at C1 or better, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional environment
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role with SaaS B2B companies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
